The majority of that time was spent with Hewlett-Packard’s Logoworks and MarketSplash businesses, where he designed and deployed the company’s analytics strategy, overseeing its maintenance on multiple web properties. This included overseeing all testing and web optimization efforts, then providing the business intelligence framework for all online acquisition and retention campaigns.

Craig has a deep understanding of the technical requirements of online tracking, but in every project he returns the focus to the business requirements of the client. Clear and actionable analytics are always his goal, and while they begin with a crafted implementation, thorough QA, and a maintained data capture system, they inevitably end with timely and clear presentation and analysis. Craig’s skills are evenly spread across all of these critical areas.

Craig shifted from Software Development to Web Analytics in 2004, working as an Account Manager for Omniture during a high-growth period. There Craig managed many key enterprise accounts, including Apple, Adobe, CountryWide and Ford.

Craig left HP to join VML in 2009, and has worked extensively with Office Depot, Dannon, Sam’s Club, Hershey’s, LG, Pioneer and Western Union.
